Tell us all about it!
Hi! My name is Frank Sanchez and I am currently the Manager of the IT department here at DNA. I work in the Window Rock office and get out to the other offices about once per month. I work with a great staff, my techs are Joleen Craig (IT Tech level II) and Mike Becenti (Helpdesk). They are top notch! Anyway, in addition to demonstrating how easy it is to add to this wiki, I want to tell everyone how far DNA has come, technology wise in the last 5 years (That's how long I have been here!).
When I started DNA was still using Windows 98 on Pentium III 450 PCs. All the offices had their own case management database which made realtime conflict checking a nightmare. Now all the offices are running on the latest PC hardware with Windows XP. We have one database that is accessible across the Internet 24/7.
Of course this is the Readers Digest version of events, catch me at the 40th festivities and I would be happy to fill in details!
Kindest Regards,
Frank Sanchez
