Thursday June 21

Heleen Barnett arrives in Albuquerque.  Someone needs to pick her up!

Tent will be setup in the evening and left up over night.

Anita will check with the police to do night monitoring.

Friday June 22

Morning - Client Rep Meeting - 8:00am to 10:00am

Anita is making breakfast.

Client reps would then move over to help at the Museum

Anita is going to get stickers for nametags.

Anita is going to get with Brenda on the Walkie Talkies.

Anita is going to contact marquees in the area for advertisements.

Setup for community event.

Table setup at 7:30am.  Anita is checking on time to get into the museum

We need 8 people.  Let's get Mike, and I, and 3 inturns.

Bouncers and Slides for the Kids.  It's a Go! Times:9am to 3pm  Location: Need to ask Museum where we can put them.

Tattoos are a go!!!!

Where and how.  We need to get over there to lay out the facility.

Use DNA tent for frybread.  Anita coordinates cookers.  I will take the tent and be in charge of setup.

Marie will find people to work the table for sale items.  Also be an info booth.  8:00am to 5:30pm Two hour stints.

Gloria will be the go to person on the $$$.

Gloria also wants a couple of laptops.
